该项目是区城投集团投资建设的自主经营性重点项目，总用地面积92319平方米，是临安再生资源循环利用体系与“无废城市”建设的核心载体。建设内容包括再生资源1至4号车间、再生资源产品研发中心等，整体解决方案及产线设备由南方路机提供，其中包含：

建成后，项目将打造集回收分拣、高值化加工、固废资源化利用于一体的循环经济产业集群，预计年产值可达10亿元。

“项目预计今年10月份完成主体结构结顶，同步穿插砌筑、二次结构、道路、管线及绿化景观施工，年底全面完工。”区城投集团项目负责人江镇表示，项目建设具有重要现实意义和长远价值，建成后将有效完善区域再生资源循环利用体系，推动固废处置向减量化、无害化、资源化升级，实现经济效益、社会效益与生态效益的有机统一。

Pernetti expressed the conference's "deep gratitude" for the order.

Trump signed the order Friday as he presented the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy to the Navy football team in the East Room of the White House. The order directs the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Department of Commerce to coordinate with relevant parties, including the NCAA, the College Football Playoff (CFP) and broadcast partners, to secure an exclusive broadcast window for the standalone game.
The executive order came amid growing concerns that an expanding College Football Playoff calendar could encroach on the game's traditional date, which since 2009 has been played exclusively on the second Saturday in December.
The classic rivalry, first played in 1890, has been played annually since 1930 and typically draws 7 million to 8 million viewers, making it one of the highest-rated regular-season games in college football. The current television agreement with CBS Sports runs through 2038.

一位校长的建议，被正式写入“十五五”规划纲要。
2026年全国两会期间，重庆市九龙坡区谢家湾学校党委书记刘希娅当选十四届全国人大代表以来，首次提交了一条“加快推进小班化教学”的建议。
建议和刘希娅的调研有关。她长期关注班级规模，注意到重庆一所小学2025年招收新生300人，2027年预计只招170人，两年内招生规模遭遇“腰斩”。
很快，回应便来了。
3月10日，刘希娅收到一封来自国家发展改革委的感谢信。信中表示，要在纲要第三十八章第二节“加强校长、教师区域内统筹调配、交流轮岗”这句话后，增加“有序推进小班化教学”的表述。
当前，随着学龄人口结构的变化，基础教育阶段学龄人口总量已进入下行通道，原有的师生比相对固化，出现结构性紧缺。在刘希娅看来，这种变化为推进“小班化”教学迎来了重要窗口期。
如今，“有序推进小班化”被写进“十五五”规划后，这一目标如何落地，教师队伍又将怎么调整？围绕这些问题，南方周末邀请刘希娅、全国人大代表、浙江省镇海中学党委书记张咏梅和华南师范大学教育科学学院特聘教授刘善槐展开讨论。
南方周末：面对学龄人口减少的趋势，如何看待中国的教师编制？
刘希娅：当前有不少声音说“教师要减少”“教师要有退出机制”，我认为这种说法是不理智的。我们的师生比是依据2001年中央编办、教育部、财政部共同制定的《关于制定中小学教职工编制标准的意见》来确认的。其中，小学的师生比为1:19—1:23；初中为1:13.5—1:18；高中为1:12.5—1:13.5。
面对未来学龄人口下降的趋势，如果按照这一标准进行教师数量配备，那教师是“多”的，必然会面临被大量裁员的问题。但如果调整师生比，可以让现有的教师继续留在教育岗位上发挥作用。
张咏梅：我在2024、2025年连续提出要建立省际教师编制动态补偿机制的建议。这是因为我在调研中发现，浙江省的教师编制紧张。
主要原因是学龄人口的大量流入。2025年有120万省外户籍子女在浙江就读。目前我所在的宁波市镇
